A nurse by background, Brenda Cumming originally wanted to pursue a career in art but ended up following in her mother’s footsteps into nursing. After a 30-year career encompassing critical care, trauma, post-anaesthesia, urgent care, and family practice, Brenda was used to following protocols that could mean life or death, but after branching into aesthetics, she began to see an opportunity to be more creative in her work and fuse her two passions – nursing and an artistic eye.
